MS MODEL

Hydrogen Requirement
The deoxo unit of a nitrogen generator is used for eradication of oxygen by conducting chemical reaction with hydrogen. The hydrogen is provided by using hydrogen cylinders with small capacity or by a captive hydrogen generator with large capacity. The captive hydrogen generator works on the principle of ammonia cracking process which is cost effective. The hydrogen generated by this process costs approximately Rs. 19/- per cubic meter. But a cylinder hydrogen costs Rs. 44/- per cubic meter.
